Seller reviewI met Ruthie Frederick socially and found her to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Three things that are of great importance in working with the public. And of course personality is important and she is well-liked. This was an estate home, that had been in the family 30+ years. Ruth Frederick did a fantastic job in getting us an 'as is' cash deal, above the asking price. Not only that but dealt with two heirs that we're not easily available at times, but Ruth Frederick held it together. What could have been a painful experience was made much easier due to the prompt, professional handling of my mother's estate. Thank you! Ruth made it so smooth for us. If ever I needed Ruth for any information or for a third party helping in a situation she went over and above to help us. Ruth Frederick is very personable and down to earth. She makes her clients feel important and at ease. I would say to her "what do you think Ruth?" and she would reply "its up to you, I work for you". Ruth Frederick works very hard on her job at making sure that the clients are understanding all aspects of purchasing a home.
