Ruthie explained she was not a leasing agent but was very kind and wished us well in our search recommending the Citrus County area once she heard our desires for location. Due to her willingness to listen and respond in a caring manner when she couldn't help us, we wanted her as our agent when we began our search for a home to buy. It was the best decision we could have made. Ruthie's one on one communication skills held us together throughout the purchasing process. Her experience in the real estate profession make her outstanding She's the best.

BY ACCIDENT we found Ruthie, but in less than 30 minutes, we could both tell she was EXACTLY what we were looking for in a Real Estate professional.
