Buyer reviewRyan was awesome!! We are moving from out of state and he was very accommodating in every aspect of the transaction. He went to the house and showed it to us virtually with no hesitation. He made sure we saw every nook and cranny and made sure we didn't miss anything. I would not hesitate to use him again if ever needed and would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone! We had used Ryan for our Realtor in the past. He was recommended by another agent in his office, as she did not cover the area we were looking to purchase our home in. Ryan was VERY helpful getting us any and all information that we needed to get our home all setup and ready to move in, including utility information, etc.

He asked if we would be interested in a different one. We set an appointment with Ryan and eventually were able to purchase it. For a young man getting started in the real estate business, Ryan was very professional and polite. I would recommend Ryan Ketelsen to anyone looking to purchase real estate.

Seller reviewRyan helped me a lot during the purchase of the home. He went out of his way to explain things. He was prompt with paper work and responses. He went above and beyond the normal call of duty in my opinion on multiple situations, so I knew he would do the same when I sold the property. Sure enough he was a great help and worked through obstacles with me. He made what could of been a stressful experience turn into a smooth process. 14/10 would recommend or work with again.
