Buyer reviewWe enjoyed working with Ryan Ketelsen. His knowledge of the Osage area made him a perfect fit for us. He was always willing to work with our schedules and responded in a timely manor. With COVID-19 being an obstacle, he overcame that and still held true to all deadlines. Ryan made us comfortable with asking all the questions we wanted and did not make his job seem to be only about the sale. I truly feel he had our best interest in mind. We will use Ryan in the future and continue to recommend him to family and friends.

Buyer reviewI had been dealing with a previous broker that didn't help much at all. Ryan on the other hand, knew what I was looking for. He definitely went above and beyond his call of duty to satisfy. He was always prompt in returning calls and emails and was awesome at walking me through the process being i was a first time buyer. Always addressed any concern or question I had along the way.. Definitely an A+ agent!! I definitely would and will reccomend Ryan to all my friends and family searching for a home!

There was never a time where I felt uneasy with him even when I wanted to continue to look at different properties after we had already looked at several. Ryan knew as a first time homebuyer I didn't really know what to look for and he would always point things out that were good about the house and/or something that I should look out for. I would recommend Ryan to my family/friends for these reasons.
