I was working with someone prior to him who didn't get back to me most of the time Ryan got us in to see the first house within the first 24 hours, he is round the clock always on the ball. Setting things up fast. Every person We needed for the process he had someone to refer. And after a few showing. We found the perfect home and the team he put together got it done faster then I've ever seen. And he is a really great person to work with as well.

Buyer reviewRyan Reed represented my partner and I in buying a property in Ohio. We both agree he was *over-the-top* excellent. Out of five stars, I would rate him at a TEN if I could. He anticipated most of our questions, was proactive in striving to get us the best deal at every step of the game, went way beyond our expectations in handling the many details involved in a real estate purchase even those that would be considered to be outside of what would ordinarily be expected of an agent. Always ready and available to answer our every question (or do what was necessary to locate the answer). It was clear to us that he is passionate about his job and dedicated to going above and beyond to serve his clients with superb and extraordinary service and that we were very fortunate to have him as our representative.
