Seller reviewI took Sally Long Johns advice to put my relatives house in a trust instead of going through probate. The house was sold and closed escrow within 2 months of listing it instead of taking the 12 months or more to go through probate. Sally communicated well during the entire process of selling the house, in a timely manner.
