Seller reviewI believe that Sam is an exceptional Realtor and person. Sam brings a personal touch to the sales process. She listens and provides options and contingency plans in the event something does not go according to plan. She really understands what a seller is going through selling a home. On my first call to Sam. I left a message. She called back within an hour. We set up an appointment for her to see the house. Sam provided area comps within a day. I couldn't have asked for a a better response to my request.. She is extremely detailed and has a great personality. It was truly a pleasure working with Sam to sell my family home. I haven't lived in Bloomsburg for 30 years. When I had questions about contractors, storage, and other services. She was quick to provide options. She educated me throughout this process. It was truly a pleasure working with Sam. :)
