Since I had no clue about the area, Sam Garcia provided me areas of the city that would fit my needs. While searching from homes, she quickly understood what I was looking for and was my second pair of eyes when looking at a home. Once I found the home I wanted, Sam Garcia, again, was there at every step assisting me through the entire process. Sam was able to provide me all the options I had as a buyer to ensure I was making the right decisions. When offers fell through, Sam was right there helping me find another property and made me feel confident I would find the right home. I plan to have Sam on my side on future real estate dealings. She is professional, understands the Albuquerque and surrounding areas, and always there to assist with any questions during the entire process.
