Anytime I had a question she would get back to me in a reasonable amount of time, and if she didn't know the answer she'd find out for us. At the beginning we did not qualify for the house we were interested in, but she'd always keep an eye out and send any info our way on other programs. She was dedicated at making sure we found an avenue to qualify and worked with us every step of the way! With her knowledge on the home buying process I feel very confident to recommend her as an agent to any friend or family member. This was our first time buying a home and working with a realtor, and if I ever have to buy another one the only person I'd want to guide and help with the purchase is Mrs. Sandria.

Buyer reviewSandria Beauty was always quick to respond to our calls or texts. She never pressured us into buying a house. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend her because she is very good at her job. She has been in this industry for a long time and we were able to trust that she knows what she's doing. Buying a house is stressful and it was nice to have some of the burdens taken off of us. We took a very long time to find our perfect house. Sandria was very patient during this entire process. We both work full time jobs and Sandria was very flexible with the times of house showings. We would usually meet after normal working hours, either after 5:00 pm or on weekends.
