My career in real estate is my passion. I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for 27 years and been an active, full time, Realtor for almost 20 years. I receive the majority of my business in the form of client referrals due to my very high level of customer service, honesty and dedication. I love being a Realtor because it is a challenge. It is never boring and I get the opportunity to meet and get to know many different people that I probably would not have met in any other venue. I believe that you should love your home (if at all possible) since you fall asleep there every night and wake up there every morning. Seller reviewSandy is one of the best Realtors in Northern Virginia not only because of her experience, but she goes well above and beyond anything I have experienced to get a the best price for our property. With only a short time to get the property on the market for sale, Sandy got into her sweats, literally rolled her sleeves up, and scrubbed/waxed the floors herself to get them shiny and new for the photographer. It is what I would have done as the homeowner, but not what I ever thought a realtor would do. As a result of her incredible effort, we accepted an above asking price offer only three days after the house went on the market. That's the reason she's a top 100 agent. We needed someone who could get the job done in light of what's happening in the economy, and her performance was impressive! Thanks Sandy!

Buyer reviewSandy was awesome!! The market is very tight at our price point and she was able to secure a deal that was not yet on the market but coming on the market. The listing agent commented at our first meeting that she was not taking any calls from agents that were bugging or harassing her but that Sandy seemed so professional yet dogged that she did take Sandy's call and listen to what she had to say. Sandy was then with us every step of the way. Smooth, excellent transaction. Will use her again and certainly will recommend her heartily.
