Sandy took the time to get to know my family and our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable in what features in a home would better suit a family's needs. My family appreciated Sandy's knowledge and attention to detail when it came to potential property information. She advised us on HOA and Mello Roos fees as well as expectation of out of pocket expenses for buying a home. She was also able to provide guidance on how to negotiate competitive home loan rates among different lenders which helped save me at least $500 in lender fees. One of Sandy Osuna's best qualities is her ability to clearly communicate information with multiple people at once. This was helpful in keeping everyone on the same page during the process. She was available for questions and calls whenever I had a question. My family will definitely use her services again!
