She set up 3-4 showings over a two week period, and after viewing several homes I selected a new build in a new community. She worked with me via texts, email, and telephone to convey appointments, and communications from realtors about showings and options related to closing costs, amenities, etc. Santana demonstrated a level of professionalism and experience necessary to help me through the process of negotiating, and maneuvering through the paperwork to get me to closing of the home I chose. Excellent experience!!!
