Seller reviewThis property was in an estate and exec's had to agree on who we used. After interviews of a couple agents, Sara won by all votes. Office staff very helpful when I visited office.

Seller reviewSara Mitchell is a top-notch professional. She sold my next door neighbor's house and I was aware of her even prior to that. She knows the market extremely well, is very understanding at trying to get a price that the seller will be happy with, provides excellent marketing and walks you through the process step-by-step. I would highly recommend her to any friends and relatives I have in the Huntley, IL area where I used to live. She is absolutely amazing as a person and in her profession.

She is really great at what she does Sara was great at every step of the process and even the times she couldn't be there, she made sure another agent will be there to make sure everything is going well with every step of the process. Sara is really great with communications even if she can't answer she will text me, even if it's late, she will make sure I get the information in need. She will go out of her way to make things happens, really couldn't do it without her.
