Seller reviewSara came to my home and sat with me at my kitchen table. She is a local resident and knows the area well. Made suggestions about "sprucing-up" the home, which I followed. She was honest and told me what the property would sell for. I insisted on a higher price and sat on the property for a long time. During the long listing, she was in contact with me and we final got an offer. If I need a realtor again, I'll call her.

Seller reviewWe picked Sara because of her ability in the area Her assistance in find a Lawyer, Home Inspector and everything/one we needed to complete the transactions were invaluable. Excellent communication, (nights and Holidays included) and very friendly. She listened to our wants and needs. Her knowledge of the Huntley area and a large portion of the surrounding areas is above average. Sara Mitchell is wonderful. She sold our home in 2 days and for much more than expected. She also found us a new home within 1 week. Sara assisted us with every aspect of selling and buying our new homes . I highly recommend Sara Mitchell. Sara Is the only person we would ever use to buy or sell a home.
