Seller reviewI made an appointment to interview Mrs. Stroll as a potential real-estate agent and once we connected, I quickly realized the caliber of her skills and experience in the industry and began a very rewarding and endearing relationship. She thoroughly answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable working with her. Sara demonstrated her vast knowledge and/or skills in many areas including photography, property inspection, appropriate pricing of the home, deal structuring, marketing, etc. She was always accessible, responding quickly to phone calls, emails and texts going above and beyond my expectations. The most notable endeavor was when I had to go out of state for work. Without hesitation she monitored the house and property, making arrangements for anything that needed attention. In less than 15 minutes from the listing being posted we had our first viewing request and in less than 30 days we closed for over asking price. If I have to do it all over again, I would unequivocally choose Sara to sell and/or buy my home, she is the game changer of real-estate.
