Seller reviewSarah is a professional in every way. Lots of communication during the purchase of my new home and the sale of the old home. When an issue came up, Sarah promptly called or texted me (even when she was on vacation). Sarah went the extra mile. I had been trying to find a new home for quite some time. Just couldn't find the right fit for me. Sarah never gave up on me and sent me possibilities on a continous basis. Sarah works in the best interest of her client. Don't see buying another home but if I did, I will be calling Sarah Boyer!

Buyer reviewWe were a tough case in the housing market and Sarah took on the challenge and stuck with us through to the end when I believe other agents would have tried to ditch us. The thing that impressed me the most about Sarah was her ability to spot potential issues with properties that we may not have noticed as well as giving a possibility as to how the issue may be dealt with. We would be happy to work with Sarah again or refer our friends and family to her to work with.
