Buyer reviewSarah Boyer was absolutely wonderful to work with. She always kept in touch to keep us updated and just to check in. She had no problem taking time to explain things if needed, and didn't make me feel stupid for asking anything. She is extremely easy to work with and so kind, she truly made us feel as though she cares. Sarah even remembered our kids names and thought of them when it came to closing. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. If I'm ever in the market again I'd absolutely contact her. She's very honest and trustable, she went above and beyond in every aspect of our recent purchase. Sarah Boyer is the best agent we've ever worked with!!

Seller reviewSarah answered an inquiry we sent through Realtor.com to look at a home back in 2017...for 2 years we tried selling our home ourselves...During the attempts to sell our home we had contracts with 3 potential buyers, Sarah showed us many properties during this time...she was patient, understood our needs and our financial situation....after the 3rd contract fell through we decided to list our home with Sarah at Century 21....Sarah is the best realtor ever, always looking out for us, Sarah was beyond patient (as we always had a million questions) she was thorough, kind and very professional. We will be recommending Sarah and Century 21 to our friends and relatives..... The best and will recommend Sarah Boyer to anyone we know buying or selling a home

She went above and beyond to help us in the entire process. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying a home and Va loans. She had the knowledge of Va loans that was very important to us and was a huge help in the whole process.
