Buyer reviewDuring my process of house hunting, Sarah was right there for me every step of the way. She demonstrated local knowledge of all surrounding areas and knowledge of the actual houses we were viewing. She was also very helpful every step of the way placing a bid and through the whole process of purchasing the house. Being a first time home buyer under the aid of Sarah made the process itself painless and with no hidden corners. I would without a doubt recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Her patients and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients really shows.

I would tell them that if they are trying to imagine what Sarah is like, all they would have to do is close their eyes and imagine looking in a encyclopedia under the heading of perfect realtor, her picture would be there. She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and thorough.

She was supportive in my decisions and I didn't feel pressured into a purchase which was very important to me. I would absolutely hire her for any purchase or sale in the future and recommend her to friends and family.

She had no problem taking time to explain things if needed, and didn't make me feel stupid for asking anything. She is extremely easy to work with and so kind, she truly made us feel as though she cares. Sarah even remembered our kids names and thought of them when it came to closing. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. If I'm ever in the market again I'd absolutely contact her. She's very honest and trustable, she went above and beyond in every aspect of our recent purchase. Sarah Boyer is the best agent we've ever worked with!!
