I have already recommended Sarah Gunnip to my parents. She knows the market, knows what it takes to sell a house in our area, and professionally manages each step in the sell process.

In every encounter with her, she demonstrated honesty and genuine concern for our family, and respect for our priorities. Sarah went above and beyond for our family. She was incredibly patient with us whenever we became anxious about our home not being ready or as we waited for offers to come in. She was flexible and sweet to our young children - who now love her. She was available at a moment's notice and inconvenienced herself (she'd never admitted it, but we can tell she did) to make our lives easier as we tried to buy and sell simultaneously. Whatever she is making, she deserves double.
