Buyer reviewWhen part of our neighbor's property went on the market, we contacted Sarah, immediately. She dove right in and found out all of the pertinent information, so we could make an offer. She went above & beyond to help get our offer in and got any additional information we requested. Even though this was a vacant lot she understood our desire for an additional buffer for our property and worked just as hard as she would have if it was a house. Seller reviewIn today's day and age, prompt communication is very important along with an understanding of the market and Sarah did a great job with both of those items. She set realistic expectations for us which we appreciated as well. One aspect that some people might not place enough value on when selling a property is the marketing and it's actually one of the most important things so you can get the most for your property. Sarah makes sure that the pictures and descriptions are well done therefore giving a prospective buyer a good feel for what they would be getting. Her use of social media helps get the most amount of people seeing a property that she has listed. We would definitely use her again in the future.

Buyer reviewWe met Sarah at an open house she was hosting! She was SO friendly and kind, answered all our questions, and gave us recommendations at that stage about going forward in our house hunt. We decided then that we wanted to work with her. During the process she showed us a couple homes in the area we were looking at and really gave us insight as to what we could expect for various price points in housing. She was very responsive when we had questions. When we decided on our home, Sarah was so helpful! She was our go-between for us and the sellers - for questions, thoughts, or just checking in! She met with us and our inspector when we had the home inspection done and helped to explain parts of it as well - lots of good knowledge. She was there for us every step of the way!
