Buyer reviewSarah is absolutely amazing! We had called her to try and see one of her listings. She was very responsive and after showing us that listing (that had offers but was accepting backups) rearranged her schedule to show us a few more properties the next day ... on a Saturday. We loved the property and Sarah was absolutely phenomenal walking us thru the process and getting us connected with local resources. We cannot say enough good things about Sarah!!!!! I've bought and sold four houses over the years and Sarah is, hands down, the best agent I have ever worked with.

She is the smartest girl in the quest. she gave us the space to find the home we wanted without any pressure. she gave us good advice on technicalities and knows her stuff. When another house had to be cancelled from escrow Sarah got us our monies back. Her cheerful energy was always comforting and her resourcefulness was outstanding Seems like there was a legal staff behind Sarah.

Buyer reviewI chose her over another "highly recommended" broker because of her "seeming customer loyalty and true honesty (even if it meant loss of sale)" during broker interview process at start. We physically viewed six houses and looked up data sheets on roughly 10 more. Sarah Stone Francisco provided the pages without hesitation and in a timely response. I called her at any reasonable hour and she responded in a timely manner. Sarah Stone Francisco was always upbeat during the entire process and was in essence a cheer coach for me as I experienced the ups and downs of home buying. If I, or a friend, was buying a new home in the Grass Valley/ Auburn area I would Definitely recommend Sarah Stone Francisco. Happy House Hunting, Tom
