I was told that Sandi was very professional, knew the area well and would listen to me to find out what I was looking for in a purchase. While there didn't seem to be many options within my parameters, Sandi was diligent in continuing to keep me updated on what became available. We looked at a few houses, but they weren't for me. When she came uopn the house I eventually purchased, she arranged for a tour the day before the house was placed on the market. Sandi guided me through the offer process and answered all of my questions. Sandi never suggested the amount or terms I considered and she always prestented my offers in a timely manner.
