We came from out of town and knowing very little about the area, he was very attentive to our desires for a new home and quickly starting sharing properties that fit our desires. When we visited to see properties, Scott made himself available the whole time we were here. He was always available and was quick to respond when research was needed. When we found the home we wanted, he was excellent and thorough in the difficult negotiation process and helped us work through some of the details from the seller. As we moved through the closing process, Scott shared lots of information that we need to get settled in our new home... things like utility providers, banks, and other services. Last, when the closing involved letting the seller stay in the home temporarily after close, Scott found us a wonderful place to stay. I will definitely recommend Scott to others in the future.
