He made recommendations about the market which influenced us to look for homes outside of the area we originally wanted. The first home we had a contract on went into probate court and he updated us whenever there was un update. He was patient throughout the entire process and when we decided to get another home he was right there with us. He was very knowledgeable and negotiated prices with the buyer and we got a great deal.
