Largely due to Scott's exemplary performance, my property sold very quickly ... and considerably above initial list price and market value! I was elated with - and very grateful for - Scott's outstanding service. There are loads of real estate agents in this area. But, in terms of true value, Scott Kingan is certainly in the very top echelon. Incidentally, I'm very pleased to volunteer this testimonial. It was entirely unsolicited, and without any pressure or compensation.

He helped us find vendors, etc. who could help us get on the market as soon as possible. He was incredibly responsive and moved at lightning speed. I'm 100% sure we would have had a much worse outcome with someone else. Scott was on a different level; I'm so glad we were able to get him! Cannot recommend him highly enough. THANK YOU!

He went through the inside and outside of house and made great recommendations for getting the house through inspection and showings. He kept in touch well, always responding to my phone calls and texts, as well as initiating contact as needed.
