Buyer reviewI would like to say that the majority of the properties which I saw that were under contract with your agency were exceptional. well maintained in good neighborhoods and carefully maintained. I was positively impressed. His even-temperament was a source of strength when my bank kept asking for more and more information. He assured me that in the end it would all work out! He was a source of information and gave me some great leads for items which needed resolve to close. I was interested in property in Bloomfield. The first listing I researched was shown to me by Scott. I was impressed by his listening to my needs and only bringing these types of listings to my attention, in a very tight market. His integrity was obvious in our first showing when I made a comment concerning a listing we were visiting. He never contradicted an observation which I made. He assured me that when I found a listing which was for me I would feel it and not to hurry. He helped me make a judgement call when I was out bid on a property. All around a friend in a time of great confusion.

Seller reviewScott helped us with three prior home transactions. He works hard and is very honest; we didn't think twice about using anyone else. He was very flexible regardin our Open House scheduling. When it was difficult for us to be available for our fire inspection because of work Scott stepped in and waited for the inspector. He always accommodated us with regard to being at our home when we could not do so. He also offered to deliver papers to our attorney. We always felt like Scott had our best interest first.
