Buyer reviewScott impressed us from our first meeting. His knowledge of local listing in the areas we were researching was quite impressive. Scott "Interviewed" us, asking us what areas we were looking at, what were our preferences, and what price range we had to work with. My wife gave him several listings to research and he investigated them, compared them and gave us options on each. Scott took us to several listings showing us the benefits of each. In the end, we fell in love with the first place we saw and eventually bought it. We are very thankful to Scott for his negotiations skills also. We got our condo for less than the listing price, saving us quite a lot cash.

Buyer reviewIt is not so easy to deal with customers like us, who live in Canada. There were times when Scott had to deal with obstacles which came mainly from different rules and regulations. He did it with patience and consideration, and always reacted satisfactory to our questions and concerns. In the past we owned various houses and had quite a few realtors. Scott stands on the top of the list. It was a pleasure having him as our agents, and we wish him success in all his future endeavors.
