Seller reviewScott and Molly are outstanding. They are professionals who take their job seriously. Scott and Molly execute on the details of the house selling process better than other realtors have done for us in the past. From pictures to listing to negotiating the sale, they were very communicative and timely. Continuing from there, they were present and helpful during the period the house was under contract. They handled the close, and some issues that arose around it, professionally. I am convinced that the closing would not have occurred if they had not gone above and beyond in the manner in which they did. In summary, they will provide honest, truthful and expert advice while going above and beyond what other realtors will do. I cannot say enough good things about the job they did and the experience we had with them.

He saw and expressed positives in our property that others did not and made possible/manageable recommendations in preparation for marketing. He also had energy and enthusiasm that I did not see in other realtors. He was up-front and open at every step and was good at presenting our options. He made us feel comfortable and at-ease with our decisions--I never felt pressured or rushed. I have already recommended him to others who are considering selling their property.
