Seller reviewAfter we had decided to sell the condo, we were told that there were parties interested in purchasing the unit privately and advised us to pursue a private sale. When we contacted Scott Nealy and told him about our thinking of private sale, he did not try to dissuade us from this course, but offered assistance for a small fee. After a deeper consideration, we decided not to go for the private sale but to list the property for sale with Scott. Through the process of sale and closing, we have never regretted the decision.
