Always on time Made sure everything was fix that I asked for when the inspection came back Always answered back quickly with all my phone calls Made follow up call to my mortgage company to get things rolling, kept very much on top of check list Keep a cool head and was polite, when the seller got crazy and belligerent, when things had to get pushed back waiting on my paperwork. Definitely can diffuse stressful situation well. All around amazing person very understanding and personable would recommend to anyone I know
