Scott Smith was an excellent realtor to work with. I was referred to him by Rocket Mortgage after unsuccessfully working with other realty agent in other realty companies. Scott listened to my concerns and issues I had with other agents and assured me that he would completely let me take my time and not have to rush around to meet his schedule. Scott did not get frustrated with me while I was looking for a house and let me show him what I was looking for in a home. He guided me through all the paperwork that needed to be completed and made sure all the documents were done correctly. He then let me review them all before they were submitted. He helped me getany issues resolved in a timely manner. One particular incident was a tankless water heater that needed aTPR valve installed.The plumber could not complete the repair before the house closed and Scott took extra time in making sure the seller paid for the repair. The plumber came back and finished the job. I would recommend working with Scott Smith if you are looking for an agent that will work for you as you want him to. Too many other agents out there don't take the time to work with you, but Scott does!
