Buyer reviewSean was wonderful to work with and we were not the easiest clients. We live out of state and he was wonderful at sending us listings and arranging last minute showings when we flew into town. When we found the perfect house Sean was actually on vacation but took time out to negotiate on our behalf and handle all the paperwork. On our final walk thru we couldn't be there so Sean Facetimed with us to show us repairs had been completed. I would definitely call him again if we decide to sell or buy another home or refer family and friends to him.

From the start, he provided genuine support without pressure, which was a relief after my previous experience. During our second conversation-less than 12 hours before I planned to buy a condo-Sean asked if I was aware of the $550 monthly HOA fees. That moment made me realize I needed a realtor. Despite multiple challenges, including probate issues, liens, getting outbid, and sellers unwilling to cover fees, Sean remained patient and committed.
