Shaan is the man! He was really patient with us and showed us a lot of houses over the course of several months and was never pushy. He's very knowledgeable and always gave us his professional and honest opinion on every house we looked at and things to keep in mind including roof condition, house layout, curb appeal, noise, circuit panel, etc. He was very trustworthy and we enjoyed working with him. When we finally found the house we wanted, he did a great job negotiating for us behind the scenes to make sure our offer was competitive and also did a great job making sure we got a great price and credits.
