Jacksonville has been my home for nearly 19 years, after moving here from my hometown of San Francisco, California. I have two wonderful children, and together we embrace all that Northeast Florida offers-whether it's enjoying local events, exploring the city's hidden gems, relaxing at the beach, or cheering at football games.
Before beginning my real estate career, I worked as a Senior Business Development Executive for a European software company specializing in Trading and Risk Management Solutions. That corporate experience sharpened my negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver exceptional client service-skills I now apply to helping my real estate clients succeed.

Seller reviewSimple land sale that turned into a host of problems. However, Shaddiff shined by assisting me with addition support resources through her industry. Communicated to me throughout the process but also when other professionals lacked the skills. Most times she was contacting me even prior to those professionals with the same important information. Shaddiff made the difference, even with moral support during those extended times when waiting for those processes that needed the other professionals to complete their roles. Lastly, I would say that Shaddiff exemplifies true professionalism and Customer service in the industry. Please contact her, she made my experience so much easier.

Seller reviewShadiff Williams is one of the BEST Realtors we have ever contacted. There were several aspects of the listing and sale that needed special attention i.e. (aunt and nephew owned adjacent property and live in different states). Shadiff resolved those problems the same day. The property sold in record time....there was a buyer within 2 days of listings and the closing was extremely smooth and closed without any problems. Shadiff is an extremely competent Realtor.....( EXCELLENT) and I would definately hire her again when I have more Real Estate to purchase or sell. Thank you Shadiff.......
