Seller reviewFrom start to finish Shannon was incredibly professional and efficient. She communicated well with every party involved in a complicated transaction. While searching for a new home she was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Anyone buying or selling a home would be foolish not to use Shannon.

Seller reviewShannon Clark really knows the Bradford County area and the type of buyers that are interested in the area and the properties they are looking to buy. She knows how to position a listing for the best price and timely sale. She worked well with the other agents in the area for coordinating the showing of our house. Shannon did a good job handling the negotiations on the final price between us and the buyer. Things settled fast and with no hitches. Shannon has sold two houses for us ( 2018 and 2021). The markets were very different and she did a great job getting us a good price in a timely manner in both situations.
