Thank you for stopping by! My name is Shannon Glenn. I grew up in Phoenix, AZ and moved to the Puget Sound in 1988. I'm a mother of three grown children that I raised in beautiful Mukilteo, WA, and we all still live very close to each other. I spend as much time as possible outdoors and my favorite activity is spending time with my family, especially my 12 year old grandson, Julian. I got interested in Real Estate a few years ago as a hobby and absolutely loved it so much, I had to turn it into something I can help others with. There's nothing more fun than finding the perfect house for someone or negotiating a deal to help them step into their next home ownership adventure. Buyer reviewI met Shannon at an open house almost 2 years before I bought my current home with her. Of all the real estate folks I met over those 2 years, Shannon really seemed to have listened and understood my needs and kept sending me homes for sale that were really right on the money. She never overwhelmed me and I did not feel as though I was just getting junk (as I did from several others.) When the time came and I was serious about buying Shannon was the ONLY realtor I called. Shannon recommended the Mortgage broker and even though I had a connection through my financial advisor, I trusted her and went with her broker and the transaction was seemless. Shannon went over all options and even spent the morning before I made my offer going over all the documents that I had printed out and flagged with questions. She kept me calm and centered, (not always easy) and was always responsive - it was a great experience. I would, and already have, recommended her to others. THANKS SHANNON!
