She's always available, her communication is on point as she answers all of our questions quickly and accurately, she's willing to go above and beyond, and she's friendly and respectful through the whole process.

Buyer reviewI have known Shannon since college. When we decided to sell our house,and knew we could use her services, we did. She isn't just a good Real Estate Agent, but a good person. Nobody ever has anything bad to say about her. We knew she would be professional, helpful, caring and honest about each step of the process. Never did we feel like weren't getting her best effort, no matter when we needed to text her about seeing a property, or general questions or concerns. No doubt I will recommend her to others.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I attended an open house Shannon was holding for one of here listings. We were working with another realtor at the time who was not in attendance with us that day. Shannon was so kind and informative, and took some time to get to know us and what we were looking for. My husband and I decided this particular house wasn't for us and continued our search. Shannon left such a great impression in our minds, we soon decided our realtor wasn't for us either! We reached out to Shannon and asked for her help. She was so accommodating and flexible, working with our hectic schedules to set-up showings. Shannon modified our MLS search a few times to meet our needs, answered all of our questions and really guided us through every step between our offer and closing. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and will always be so grateful for Shannon helping us obtain our first home!

Seller reviewWe had our home listed for sale by owner for over a month when we decided to hire Shannon. She had fresh professional photos taken, and made a fresh online listing. Two days after taking over the sale of our home - the first couple to see the home made an offer and now own it! It was such an easy and wonderful process to sell our home with her support! Shannon was on top of every step along the way of selling our home. We didn't have to worry that something would fall though the cracks on the paperwork or need to run around to do all the needed tasks to complete the sale. She was an absolute gem throughout the sale of our home. She texted and emailed us regularly and always responded quickly to our concerns or questions.
