Buyer reviewSince we live out of state it was important that our broker worked well with our daughter and communicated well with us over the phone. Shannon exceeded our expectations. She kept us in the loop from the search for a house all the way through the closing. Always cheerful and helpful. Shannon made the long distance closing painless. She talked us through any technology we were unsure of and her patience was a calming influence on us. Shannon was the perfect broker for us. She maintained a good relationship not only with us, but our daughter also, which was very important to us. Great experience!
