Seller reviewShannon Lerch was always within reach when we had a question.. She was down to earth on everything we asked her because we hadn't sold a house for a very long time. She kept her appointments and always let us know when the house was going to be shown. She cares for the people she is working with. We can't say enought good things about her.

Seller reviewShannon doesn't need any more experience, she is married to a builder and that experience is a very big plus. In addition she is a very hard worker and knows many people in the area of Parkersburg Marietta, don't know why but she does. Honest, Trustworthy and a Great Communicator.
