Shannon is a Tri-Cities native and has lived in Kennewick for 35 years. Shannon is in the midst of raising her six children here and believes it is the best place to raise a family! She enjoys camping, spending time with friends and family and anything outdoors. Before coming to Century 21, Shannon spent her time as a blackjack dealer.
Shannon began her journey in real estate by purchasing her first home when she was 25. Since then, she has been a part of the selling/purchasing process and even built two homes. Her positive experience within these various projects sparked her interest in becoming a real estate agent.
Shannon's greatest passion is ensuring that her clients have that same positive experience with the home buying or selling process when they work with her. She prides herself in being a people-person who is also caring and has her client's best interest at heart. Shannon is determined to be there for her clients through every step, and strives to find the best home for you!

Even recommending a better mortgage lender who actually performed for us. When we made our purchase it was not exactly move in ready as promised by sellers. Shannon went above and beyond and provided us with a cleaning service and an electrician. The whole experience was pleasant because she handled the unexpected issues that she did not have to do. Shannon knows what she is doing and has such a positive attitude making it stress free.
