Recently, Shari Hunt listed our "Dream Home with acreage ", in the country for sale. We relied heavily upon her experience as she tracked down covenant details we were unaware of to enable accurate disclosure for potential buyers. Shari has a lovely calm manner which coupled with her experience made difficult decisions such as lowering the price easier. She marketed the property over a wide area using a variety of resources. She also helped us find defects in many homes that we would not have noticed til the inspection. All in all, I feel that she went out of her way to make sure we found just the home we needed in our budget.
