Sharla was very understanding of my needs in a house and my time limit in finding one. She also was very helpful with all my questions even when they seemed silly. Buying a house in Kansas involved a lot more then when I bought one in Missouri so I had a lot of questions. She was there through the whole process which made me feel more comfortable going through the process.

I was very impressed that Sharla took time out of her busy schedule BEFORE she was hired to come to my property and offer advise/suggestions on small things I could do that would yield dollars in my pocket - like a couple fake flowers near the porch, removing cobwebs in the basement etc. AND IT WORKED!! Sharla is incredible! She makes it incredibly easy to buy or sell a house. She does an excellent job of communicating and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I've used other agents for real estate transactions and have been disappointed every time. Not with Sharla though, she truly is the best out there!

My father passed away in 2021, I was an only child living in a different state. I was referred to Sharla by a friend. When I met Sharla she was very sweet, kind, and knew her stuff! She suggested a few things to get taken care off if I wanted to add more value to the home. Fast forward a year due to me being in a different state. She came back to do another walk through and was able to add a bit more value to the house. Sharla Mentioned that she will be able to sale the house within a week, I honestly thought it was going to take a few months due to the home being sold AS IS. Well not one day passed by an she told me I got an offer for asking price all cash!!!! No one believed what I got for the home, I told them that my Realter Sharla is a Shark! an she knows her stuff! lol If you are planning on selling your home it doesnt matter what part of the country you are in Sharla will make it happen! We were moving from Missouri to Kansas. Brother inlaw sent us a home we might be interested in on Friday and we were to move in to a rental on Saturday. Sharla Boyd was recommended by a Rental Agent. We needed a realtor fast. We contacted her and she assisted us in seeing a home that night. We made an offer the next morning. Sharla was very helpful in meeting us at our storage unit the next morning to sign documents. She stayed on top of everything with the Sellers, the lender and us, making sure everything went as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is amazing. Couldn't have had anyone better. For not knowing her to her representing us in less than 24 hours, she was there for any and all needs. Thank you so much Sharla.

When Sharla came over to meet me and see the house for the first time, I had just up ended a container of plastic toothpicks all over the kitchen floor. I opened the door for her to come inside and I told her what I had just done. She helped me pick up the toothpicks and right then and there I knew she was the agent for me. She was also very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She came prepared. Sharla is on the ball and likes to keep things moving. She is a great person to work with.

She is a great listener to what my needs in a home was. Plus She was not at all pushy I'm trying to sell me on just any property.
