Seller reviewSince we had already moved far away from Wichita, agent Sharla Boyd went above and beyond to arrange for prep of the house for showing. We took her recommendations for updates needed; and she quickly found the right people, arranged for cost estimates, provided access to the house (almost daily, since her schedule for the workers was so tight), saw to it that all was done well, and that the house was secure at all times. Her experience, market-savvy and hard work paid off: she listed the house, sold it and closed the deal in UNDER 30 DAYS at a price point that was a little higher than we expected.
