My father passed away in 2021, I was an only child living in a different state. I was referred to Sharla by a friend. When I met Sharla she was very sweet, kind, and knew her stuff! She came back to do another walk through and was able to add a bit more value to the house. Well not one day passed by an she told me I got an offer for asking price all cash!!!! We were moving from Missouri to Kansas. Brother inlaw sent us a home we might be interested in on Friday and we were to move in to a rental on Saturday. Sharla Boyd was recommended by a Rental Agent. We needed a realtor fast. We contacted her and she assisted us in seeing a home that night. We made an offer the next morning. Sharla was very helpful in meeting us at our storage unit the next morning to sign documents. She stayed on top of everything with the Sellers, the lender and us, making sure everything went as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is amazing. Couldn't have had anyone better. For not knowing her to her representing us in less than 24 hours, she was there for any and all needs. Thank you so much Sharla.

When Sharla came over to meet me and see the house for the first time, I had just up ended a container of plastic toothpicks all over the kitchen floor. I opened the door for her to come inside and I told her what I had just done. She helped me pick up the toothpicks and right then and there I knew she was the agent for me. She was also very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She came prepared. Sharla is on the ball and likes to keep things moving. She is a great person to work with.

She is a great listener to what my needs in a home was. Plus She was not at all pushy I'm trying to sell me on just any property.
