Seller reviewSharla is very knowledgeable and was extremely patient, walking us through every detail until we were comfortable. It was a pleasure working with her. We loved working with Sharla on the purchase of our new home and plan to work with her again on the sale of our old home. She is great! Sharla answered all of our questions in detail. She truly had our best interests in mind and would call attention to things we had not considered. Sharla made the whole process a lot less scary and complicated.

Buyer reviewWhen we found the house we wanted to purchase, Our realtor, Sharla Boyd, negotiated on our behalf, helped with all of the paperwork and made sure we understood the different roles she had because the house we were buying was being sold by the owner. Once our house sold we were in a bit of a time crunch to find something and when we called to let Sharla know the house we had selected was not going to work, she worked through the process to select another house quickly so that we could maintain the closing date we wanted. It was a challenging process but Sharla made it as easy and painless as possible. We really appreciate all of her energy and support throughout.

Sharla explained the process, provided a list of options and took us to see a number of houses. She worked around our schedule, was flexible and available when we needed her. She helped us through the offers we received until we got the right one. She gave us advice and recommendations on a listing price and tips on how to show our house so it would get the most interest. In the end we really like our smaller house and appreciate the time and detail Sharla spent helping us find what we wanted.

Buyer reviewSharla Boyd is a great agent. She always treated me like I was her only client. Her motto was she's available 24/7. And yes their was times she answered her phone or texts after 11pm. She always had the right answers. She was good in showing me as well as sending emails of homes that she knew I would like. Some agents just show you a bunch of homes not Sharla. She gets to know you and finds out exactly what features you want in a home. Thanks Sharla, I love my new home nd neighborhood.
