She provided several properties for consideration and set up tours in a very timely manner. when I had other obligations she was very respectful of my schedule. Very helpful in securing inspections and property condition reports. her years of experience were very evident in her excellent ability and demeanor very impressed tried to work to my schedule very respectful and patient Woman from Pratt jumped right in when Sharla had other responsibilities. no complaints went very smoothly.
