Buying a house in Kansas involved a lot more then when I bought one in Missouri so I had a lot of questions. She was there through the whole process which made me feel more comfortable going through the process.

Seller reviewI was very impressed that Sharla took time out of her busy schedule BEFORE she was hired to come to my property and offer advise/suggestions on small things I could do that would yield dollars in my pocket - like a couple fake flowers near the porch, removing cobwebs in the basement etc. AND IT WORKED!! Sharla is incredible! She makes it incredibly easy to buy or sell a house. She does an excellent job of communicating and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I've used other agents for real estate transactions and have been disappointed every time. Not with Sharla though, she truly is the best out there!
