Sharmon Hill is a 5-star employee! Truly "top shelf" and truly unique! I would highly recommend Sharmon because she is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She performed her job well while assisting me and my family with the sale of our mother's home. She went above and beyond what I would have expected. I rank the communications with her as being nothing short of outstanding! She kept us abreast every step of the way through phone calls, emails, and text messages. She responded quickly when I tried to reach her for whatever reason! There were a few late-night phone calls between the two of us and calls on the weekends. That is a strong attribute to have in these times where good customer service has fallen by the wayside, mainly when it comes to expecting a call back and it never happens. She did not miss a beat!
What impressed me the most about Sharmon Hill and what makes her stand out is the fact that she made it obvious from beginning to end that this was not about an agent trying to make commission but more about her doing everything in her power to satisfy us, her clients, in getting what "we" were asking for! More importantly, she has a kind and loving spirit about her which was displayed many times as she showed a genuine interest and concern for us as a family. She knew that we were still grieving the loss of our dear mother, and that selling the family home brought our pain back to the surface. Sharmon Hill is a strong Christian woman who was praying for and with us through this most difficult time of our lives which helped tremendously, and for that, we are truly grateful! She has my utmost respect!
