and was not able to travel to Florida .Sharon handled all the details and kept me posted from beginning to end .We even had a Hurricane in between and she couldn't have been more attentive to details than she was. She is an asset to her Profession.

Sharon Lindblade was our broker/agent three years ago when we moved from CA to FL. We found out right away that Sharon was highly qualified in her field, very professional, and a very amiable person. We were comfortable with her right away and she did a great job in helping us find our new home in Florida, and then following through with us to th end of the sale. We knew we would be moving again within 3 years, and we knew we would be contacting Sharon when we were ready to sell. We did so, and the whole process of selling our FL home, went as smoothly as its' purchase had .
Our home was sold in less than 2 weeks with the expertise of Sharon Lindblade, who made the whole process so easy and trouble free. We trusted her completely, we knew we could count on her and we think of her as a caring friend of our family. She is a gem!
From our first meeting with Sharon to list our home, until the day of closing and the distribution of funds, we had every confidence that the sale of our home was being handled perfectly !
We rate our two experiences with Century 21 Hansen Realty as Top Notch. The company over all, is obviously comes with very high ratings and it is obvious that the Sales Agents/Brokers they have as Associates live up to the company's high standards.

We purchased a new construction home with Sharon Lindblade. We had to wait about six months for completion, during this time she checked in with us every month to make sure that we were doing OK and if we needed anything.
At the day of closing, she drove all the way up to Boynton Beach with us and stayed with us for over three hours until the closing was finished. She was not obligated to do so, but we really appreciated and we’re happy that she was there with us.
