We met Sharon at an open house and used her services to purchase a new home. Then we later sold our old home. The first bidders put us in a situation where right before closing their financing fell through and we were left crushed and super stressed, just wanting the process over yesterday! We regrouped and Sharon kept us sane, relisted, and got a 2nd bid within 2 days. She was great at managing two multi-bid situations to maximize our proceeds, or even without a multi-bid situation, she definitely gets you the most money, even helping you navigate the sometimes stressful inspection and lawyer process. The 2nd bidders were the perfect "meant to be" ones for our home! We are happy for them! She gets a great vibe from others and always keeps you in the loop, even at 11pm at night if need be! She responds to texts and calls generally instantaneously. Again, when does she sleep? :) It is a **very** emotional process to buy a home, and sell a home you've called home for the past 15 years. It can be bittersweet and painful and was more emotional than I expected! Even though it's NOT in her official job title, she is great at helping you navigate the feelings, anxiety, being overwhelmed, stressed out, or crying tears of joy through the whole process! The highs and lows of real estate, I tell ya! She went beyond her job titles many times, offering home tasks I personally wouldn't want to offer if I was a Realtor, haha, but that's how giving she is, to get the job done. She is very thoughtful and generous and you'll love her! Plus she's just a good person to associate with!

Sharon was absolutely fabulous. She was ALWAYS there for us, and that's very important during such a stressful time. The time alone she took to explain everything to us was greatly appreciated. And she was our advocate at all times, doing what was best for my family with each and every move we made along the way of both our sale and purchase. I now have a new cherished friend :) and will refer her whenever I can.

After going to many open houses and meeting many Realtors, we got a strong vibe that she was the one. We liked her construction background and knowledge of seller upgrades and estimated costs of future improvements. She answers phone calls and texts instantaneously!! I'm not sure when she sleeps or rests. :) We knew she was a perfect choice! She knows the local area very, very well. She was always open to another question or concern. Very friendly and approachable. You can tell she's on your side and like a friend, she truly wants what's best for you and your family. She was always prompt arriving at any property for a showing. She was never late. She has a very good network of contractors, home inspectors, and professionals for nearly any problem or improvement. When we wrote up the contract, she helped us negotiate a home warranty, which we otherwise would not have chosen. It turns out we really needed that warranty as an appliance broke early on. She was quick and responsive with bidding and updates about seller responses. She fights for you to get you the best deal. She was on top of everything! She's the one!

Sharon is astonishing in her commitment to attaining the best possible sales experience for you. Her energy and tireless work ethic are something to behold! In this day and age, to find someone so committed to his/her career, is, indeed, a VERY RARE find. Anyone would be a fool not to choose this wonderful agent to represent their property! Her patience with a stressed out and crazy client like me still remains a mystery to me.. she's great! *PATIENT* doesn't begin to express Sharon. She certainly had a challenge working with me and was calm, professional and helpful no matter how crazy things got for me!

Sharon was successful in selling an estate property. It sold within days! Unfortunately, the buyers who were represented by another century 21 agent were not forthcoming and couldn't afford to purchase the property at their offered price -although the buyers produced documents at contract that they were "pre-qualified." The buyers kept me, the seller, in limbo to get a reappraisal, asked for deadline extensions and then presented me with a cancellation agreement --at the end of business day --on the day of closing. Sharon had to relist the property all over again and sold it, in a few days to qualified buyers who could afford the property. This selling and marketing the property twice was a lot of work and Sharon got it done!

As far as Sharon Payette, we couldn't have asked for more. She was always either a text or phone call away. We would definitely refer friends from Oak Forest, Sharon Payette because she knows a lot about the area. Sharon and Lauren's greatest job they did was having the fine for abandonment of our house waived. Could not have done it without them!!
