Shauna Hawthorne helped me and my fiancée purchase our first home. The home buying process for a first time buyer can be overwhelming and daunting. This was made even more difficult by the record low inventories and sellers market we are experiencing in the Seattle area. Shauna was there for us every step of the way educating us, guiding us through the process and providing encouragement and emotional support. She worked around our difficult schedules, showed us numerous homes and always pushed things through making sure we could get our inspections done and offers in on time. She never pushed us towards any home but listened to what we were thinking and offered helpful insight and knowledge about homes and neighborhoods we were considering. In the end we found a fantastic home that met all our many requirements and actually cost less than we had been planning on spending.
